3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

When reserving a charter, it is required that you:

  • Are a minimum of 18 years old
  • Submit valid and comprehensive data
  • Make the necessary down payment as stated in your booking confirmation
  • Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been received and we have provided confirmation in writing. We retain the discretion to reject service to any individual.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability is subjected to vessel readiness and appropriate meteorological conditions. We will attempt to fulfill your preferred dates and times whenever feasible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All fees are provided in £ and include all relevant taxes unless indicated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any given time.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the full cost of the charter, payable upon reservation
  • Final Payment: Due 48 hours ahead of the charter's departure

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, electronic funds transfer, and bank drafts. Our payment processing is carried out using secured, encrypted solutions.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Client Cancellations

  • Over 72 hours before departure: Complete refund minus any processing fees
  • Within 24 to 72 hours of departure: 50% refund of the total cost
  • Less than 24 hours prior to departure: Non-refundable

5.2 Weather-Related Cancellations

If the weather conditions are declared unsafe by our captain, the options we provide include:

  • Moving the charter date to an alternative available day at no additional charge
  • Issuing a full refund if rescheduling is impractical

5.3 Technical Difficulties

If the yacht designated for your trip experiences mechanical issues, we will do our best to offer an appropriate substitute. If this isn't possible, a full reimbursement will be provided.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Regulations

All guests are obliged to:

  • Obey all instructions from the crew
  • Utilize safety equipment when mandated
  • Disclose any health concerns that could affect their security
  • Stay within the designated areas on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Objects

The following items are forbidden on board:

  • Glass bottles
  • Illegal items
  • Weapons of any sort
  • Excess beverages (beyond a sensible amount for consumption)
  • Animals (unless they have been approved beforehand)

6.3 Behavior

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. We hold the right to terminate a trip prematurely without issuing a refund if a passenger's behavior is deemed unsafe or disturbs the enjoyment of others.

8. Alterations and Itinerary Adjustments

We reserve the privilege to modify itineraries, pathways, or schedules in response to atmospheric conditions, security concerns, or other operational demands. We will make every effort to offer similar alternative experiences whenever possible.

9. Acts of God / Force Majeure

We are not liable for setbacks, cancellations, or changes caused by events out of our control, inclusive of but not limited to:
