E ach rental provides experienced staff, safety gear, fuel, and standard non-alcoholic drinks. Specific amenities depend on the type of service — for instance, romantic cruises come with premium snacks and refreshments, while business charters offer meeting spaces and specialized catering for corporate needs.
When should I make my reservation?
We suggest reserving your yacht 2–3 weeks before your intended date, particularly during high season (May–September). For corporate functions and private parties, scheduling 4–6 weeks in advance is advisable to secure availability and allow for personalization.
What is the procedure in case of bad weather conditions?
Your safety is our utmost concern. In the event our captain determines the weather conditions as hazardous, we will propose an alternative date for your charter or give a complete refund. We keep a close watch on the weather and will reach out to you 24 hours before departure if the forecast is unfavorable.
Can I bring personal food and drinks?
Yes, guests are allowed to bring their own edibles and beverages. Nonetheless, we also offer bespoke catering services and can tailor food options to your taste. Note that for safety reasons, glass bottles are prohibited onboard.
Are the yachts suitable for participants with restrictions in mobility?
We aim to accommodate all our guests. Certain yachts in our fleet offer more accessibility features. We ask that you get in touch with us during the booking process to address specific needs, so we can advise on the most appropriate vessel and make any necessary adjustments for comfort.
What is the policy on canceling a booking?
For cancellations occurring 72 hours before the scheduled departure, a full reimbursement is processed. If the cancellation happens within 24–72 hours, half of the amount is refunded. Should the cancellation occur less than 24 hours prior, no refund is issued, unless due to unsafe weather or mechanical breakdowns on our side.
